Join Sarah, the Long Haul Yogi, for this Remote Reiki Healing session exclusively on Learn it Live! This is a Halloween special which will focus on the sacral chakra🧡. In this class, Sarah will provide a guided meditation and breathwork to relax you for the Reiki healing. The Reiki session itself will be roughly 30 minutes, with time for a quick chat afterwards.

This session will be conducted entirely online via Learn it Live and is use-able whether you are attending live, or wish to enjoy the healing via recording later. Reiki energy moves across time and space. The recorded session is just as effective as the live session.
